Andreas Sattler, Founder and Shareholder of today's Sattler & Partner AG
Andreas Sattler is a graduate industrial engineer, founder and CEO of today’s Sattler & Partner AG. His main areas of expertise include advising technology companies on succession, M & A and corporate strategy. Its roots are in the aerospace & aviation industry. He has decades of experience in cross-border transactions.
Andreas Sattler has been a member of the board since 1983. He has been carrying out his commercial judicial work at the Stuttgart Regional Court since 1992 as well as various advisory and supervisory board activities. While working as a business consultant, he has authored more than 20 books and over 100 articles.
Bernd Müller, Member of the Management Board at Sattler & Partner AG
Bernd Müller is CEO of Sattler & Partner AG. He manages mandates in all technology-oriented areas and has carried out numerous transactions since 2001. He has further expertise in corporate finance and capital procurement. In-depth knowledge of the structuring of employee share ownership models completes its spectrum.
Bernd Müller has published several specialist articles and books on these topics and shares his knowledge in national seminars as a speaker. Before joining Sattler & Partner, he worked as a corporate client consultant and analyst at several major German banks.
Lucie Zmijanjac, Partner of Sattler & Partner AG
Lucie Zmijanjac is a partner of Sattler & Partner AG. She has more than 10 years experience in M & A. She began her M & A career at a large German investment company in 2008, where she worked as a Senior Investment Manager. During this time, she supervised various companies in the fields of mechanical engineering, casting, print and IT and accompanied several successful new investments in medium-sized companies as well as disinvestments.
As a partner of Sattler & Partner AG, she accompanies small- and medium-sized companies from the DACH region with company sales and purchases. In addition to supporting the entire sales and purchase process, she has special expertise in coporate valuation
Supervisory Board
Franz-Josef Lhomme is Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Acting as supervisory board member for diverse companies in the securities business as well as Board of Director in several Swiss corporations.
Wolfgang Lindner is Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board since 2012. He has many years of experience as a former Management Board Member at Sattler & Partner.
Siegfried Stürner is the commercial director of a company with foreign subsidiaries. He has been accompanying the development of Sattler & Partner AG for several years. He provides Sattler & Partner AG with his professional business knowledge in the field of finance and controlling.
